For security reasons, your refund may only be credited to the same credit card used to place the order. We make every effort to process return credits as quickly as possible. However, please note that the time needed to process return credits can vary across banking institutions and may take as long as two weeks from receipt of your parcel.

If you used a prepaid card to settle your order, Valiant Vestes has no control over reimbursement, any fees incurred or payment processing time. These banking institutions reserve the right to process these transactions at their discretion. Valiant Vestes cannot accelerate the process. Please contact the institutions that issued your prepaid card to obtain further information or assistance.

Returns must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered.

Upon reception, your return will be processed within 3 to 7 working days and you will receive a confirmation email at that time.

ValiantVestes.com accepts product exchanges up to 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Your exchange must be sent within this 14-day period in order to be processed. For more information on product eligibility, please reference our Return Policy or the product page of the item(s) you are looking to exchange.

For online purchases, exchanges may be done on an item's size only by contacting Client Services.

All prices shown on ValiantVestes.com already include VAT (IVA), as required for consumer sales within the EU.

For orders delivered within Spain, the standard Spanish VAT rate of 21% applies.

For orders delivered to other EU countries, the VAT rate applicable to your country may apply instead of the Spanish rate, in line with EU cross-border VAT rules. In that case, the price you pay at checkout already reflects the correct rate for your country — there are no hidden charges or customs fees on delivery within the EU.

An invoice for your order is issued in accordance with Spanish tax regulations.

Verify that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer. If your financial institution is unable to resolve the matter, you may contact our Client Services for further assistance.

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically, which means it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order by contacting our customer service team directly. After this 30-minute period, you will still have the option of returning the package to us, as indicated in our Return Policy.

For Valiant Vestes ready-to-wear pieces, Valiant Vestes recommends dry cleaning, unless otherwise instructed on the care label inside the garment.

Counterfeit: Valiant Vestes takes counterfeiting very seriously and takes legal action against any persons, stores, or websites that sell Valiant Vestes counterfeit products. Counterfeit Valiant Vestes products are typically of poor quality and lack the details and workmanship that make each Valiant Vestes product high-quality.

All orders will be delivered in suitable Valiant Vestes packaging, shipped inside a secure and anonymous cardboard box.

All papers and cardboards used for Valiant Vestes packaging are designed to protect your order while keeping a clean and minimal look, aligned with Valiant Vestes' identity.

Once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check that your delivery address is correct and track your parcel via Correos.
